At Shaman Mushroom Spores, we stand behind the quality of every spore syringe we sell. Due to the nature of our products and strict contamination prevention standards, we do not accept returns on spore syringes. However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you are not happy with your product for any reason, we will replace it at no charge.
How the Guarantee Works
If you receive a spore syringe that does not meet your expectations — whether due to a quality concern, shipping damage, or any other issue — contact us and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may request photos to help us improve our process, but we will not make you jump through hoops. If you are not satisfied, we make it right.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Spore syringes are biological specimens prepared in a sterile environment. Once a syringe leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored properly or that the seal has not been compromised. Accepting returns would introduce potential contamination risks to our lab and to future customers’ orders.
Instead of returns, our satisfaction guarantee ensures you are never stuck with a product you are unhappy with. We replace it — simple as that.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, upon confirmation, send a replacement shipment at no charge. We may request photos of damaged packaging or products to assist with the carrier claim.
Non-Replaceable Situations
The following situations are not covered by our satisfaction guarantee:
- Orders that were shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer
- Orders refused or unclaimed by the recipient
- Requests made more than 60 days after delivery
Crypto Payment Note
Our satisfaction guarantee applies equally to orders paid with cryptocurrency via Coinbase Commerce. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, replacement orders for crypto-paid purchases are fulfilled as new shipments rather than monetary refunds.
Processing Time
Replacement orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days of approval. You will receive a new tracking number via email once the replacement ships.
