Purpose of Products
All mushroom spore syringes sold by Shaman Mushroom Spores are intended for microscopy, research, and educational purposes only. Our products are sold strictly for scientific study of spore morphology and taxonomy.
Our products are not intended for human consumption, and they are not sold for the purpose of cultivating mushrooms. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that you will use our products only in lawful ways consistent with their stated research and educational purpose. Any other use is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state-level legal restrictions on mushroom spores, we do not ship to the following states:
- Georgia (GA)
- Idaho (ID)
Orders placed with shipping addresses in these states will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Additional states may be restricted as noted at checkout if regulations change. It is your responsibility to verify that purchasing mushroom spores is legal in your jurisdiction.
We do not ship to PO boxes. All orders must be shipped to a valid residential or commercial street address. Orders placed with PO box addresses will be held or cancelled pending resolution.
We reserve the right to decline shipment to addresses flagged for fraud, returned mail history, or other risk factors.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment by contacting us at 720-537-5289, info@shamanmushroomspores.com, or through our website. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Satisfaction Guarantee & Replacement Policy for post-shipment options.
Payment and Cryptocurrency Transactions
We accept standard payment methods as well as cryptocurrency via Coinbase Commerce. Cryptocurrency payments are processed on the blockchain and are final and non-reversible once confirmed. We are unable to issue crypto refunds to the originating wallet. In the event a crypto-paid order qualifies for replacement, we will ship a replacement at no charge. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all qualifying orders over $100 shipped to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. Threshold subject to change; the amount at the time of checkout governs.

All content on shamanmushroomspores.com — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Shaman Mushroom Spores and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaman Mushroom Spores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or property damage. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
