True Albino Teacher Mushroom Spores

The True Albino Teacher strain was developed from albino fruits discovered in a Golden Teacher cultivation by hobbyist Jik Fibs. Using clones and spore swabs from these four albino mushrooms, TAT was stabilized over three generations, creating a unique and enduring albino lineage. This strain has since given rise to several new isolates, making it one of the most fascinating modern Psilocybe cubensis varieties for both research and observation.

True Albino Teachers are fully albino, unlike leucistic “White Teachers” which retain faint pigmentation. The mushrooms typically feature stout, flat caps at maturity, though some may produce longer stems with smaller caps. Their ghostly white appearance, along with light-blue and grey-toned gills, makes them especially captivating under the microscope. TAT also exhibits a potent psychedelic profile, with effects noted to be faster in onset and longer-lasting compared to many other cubensis strains.

Derived from the classic Golden Teacher, TAT shares a storied lineage originating in Florida in the 1980s. While Golden Teachers are known for their golden-yellow caps and speckled white-orange stems, TAT’s albino phenotype offers a strikingly different visual and research experience.
